Lauren and Colby are a classic love story; southern boy meets South Dakota sweetheart and the rest is history. Their wedding was a perfect blend of southern hospitality meets midwest charm, complete with sweet tea at every table. The day started with threatening storms that just happened to align with the time we were slated to take portraits of the two of them, but Lauren and Colby didn't skip a beat. They grabbed some umbrellas and ventured out into the rain with me for some darling portraits. Their ceremony was held at the Chapel at Augustana College where they shared heartfelt vows and soaked in the love their friends and family poured out as they became husband and wife. After the ceremony the sun came through the clouds and the rest of the day was perfectly sunny. The party continued at Icon Lounge downtown Sioux Falls where their loved ones made a very beautiful space (Thanks to Icon and the fabulous ladies at Envision Event Planning!)  come to life with toasts, good food and some serious dance moves. It was a very good day, to kick off what we hope will be a very full life for two deserving people. Congratulations Lauren and Colby!
