2024 brought us to the lavender fields of France to the misty coast of Ireland. From the blazing autumnal glow of the New England Maples to the quiet prairies of the Midwest. It brought us families expecting new babies, couples promising forever, 100 year birthday celebrations and lots of silly dad jokes with elementary aged kids. It brought beauty and joy, which we’re honored to work with.

This year also brought a big challenge to us personally with a very medically complex and difficult pregnancy for Kendra which rendered her unable to shoot most of the year. For those of you who have ever asked “what do Matt’s photos look like compared to Kendra’s?” - well, take a look at the photos above and know that Matt was responsible for almost all of them. While Matt kept the sessions going and Dad jokes flowing, Kendra worked behind the scenes with each of you planning weddings, scoring locations for shoots and editing, editing, editing as she grew our third baby. We’re happy to share that our son, Clark Gabriel was born on November 22nd healthy and happy and both he and Kendra are recovering very well. Our older kiddos are smitten with their new brother and we’re reminded of the miracle of life and holding it close to our hearts after what feels like a heavy year.

2024 was busy and full of life - just like we like it. We’re taking January to rest and recharge and will hit the ground running in February with both of us back at full speed. For those of you in the photos above - thank you for trusting us with your memories. We are so grateful for you.
